To be considered for this position you MUST:
-Be actively licensed (Real Estate sales) in the state of Arizona for a minimum of 3 year
-Averaged a minimum of 2.5 million in sales year over year
-Experience and specific education as a trainer
-Exceptional computer/technology skills
-in-depth expert knowledge and understanding of AAR paperwork and contracts
-Clear and concise market knowledge including REO/Short sale
-Understand team concepts and structure
-Able to manage time with a training schedule for agents while handling clients
-Understand and practice ethics
-Desire commissions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Creating a training plan that reflects the Brokers standards and policies
-Conduct training for new agents and experienced agents
-Develop marketing campaigns and territories to recruit agents

The compensation for this position is pure commission based.  Your performance determines your success and income!
